Seedling Yoga Educator Program
A collaborative program for classroom teachers wanting to support their students to grow self-connection.
Curiosity
You are an educator that understands that being a teacher is about more than academic achievement and behaviour management.
You're curious to explore what increased self-connection could look like in your unique classroom culture.
Courage
You're not afraid to try something different.
To go against the status quo.
You have bravely been questioning why our education system is failing our students and teachers and you want to do something different, even if you're not quite sure that that is yet.
Connection
Spend time with other educators determined to bloom in the cracks of our education system.
Those individuals unafraid to imagine something different.
Collaborate and share ideas, collectively building the confidence to grow emotionally literate, compassionate classrooms.
Cultivate connection
An 8-week co-constructed teaching and learning journey.
Build confidence teaching Yoga and mindfulness in your classroom in a weekly supported environment with other educators.
Meet our evidence-based curriculum, receive support from an experienced Yoga in the classroom teacher, and access tailored resources.
Program Curriculum
Much like in the classroom, the subject matter and focus may shift based on what the group needs.
Each week consists of a short lecture-based segment to introduce key content alongside collaborative sessions for participants to set goals, practice teaching content and reflect on how it is going teaching the curriculum to their students.
